Acceptance of Terms
By using the Reparo ATL website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Service Bookings
Submitting a booking request is not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you by phone or text to confirm availability and schedule a visit. A licensed technician will perform a diagnostic at your property for a flat fee of $89, which is applied to the cost of the repair if you authorize the work the same day.
Quotes and Pricing
We provide a written, flat-rate quote before any repair work begins. You are under no obligation to approve the repair after the diagnostic. Quoted prices remain valid for the visit during which they are provided unless otherwise stated in writing.
Warranty
Repairs are covered by a workmanship warranty as stated on your invoice (typically 90 days on parts and one year on labor unless otherwise noted). The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, subsequent work by other contractors, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no cost by contacting us at least two hours before the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge a trip fee for no-shows or late cancellations on emergency or after-hours bookings.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
